made hearty with shrimp and sausage, and ready in minutes!

Shrimp, Smoked sausage, Butter, Celery sticks, Bell pepper, Yellow onion, Cajun seasoning, Cauliflower rice

Cook this recipe in these simple steps

Step 1
Chop celery, bell pepper, and onion.

In a large skillet, melt butter and add chopped vegetables. Saute 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Step 2
Slice sausage into 1/4 inch slices.

4. Add shrimp, sliced sausage and salt into the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Saute for an additional 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is pink all the way through and sausage begins to brown.
Step 3
Add cauliflower rice and cajun seasoning into the skillet with the rest of the mixture. Stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
Step 4
Transfer to serving dish.

Dinner is served!
