Cook this recipe in these simple steps

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces.

Slice bacon into 1⁄4 inch slices.
Step 2
In an oven safe skillet, fry bacon until crispy, stirring frequently. Remove crispy bacon pieces and strain excess grease.

Add cauliflower to same skillet bacon was fried in. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
Step 3
Preheat a large skillet on high heat.

Season steaks on each side with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Add 2 tbsp butter to the hot skillet. Sear steaks on one side for 3 minutes, flip, remove from heat and transfer to oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until steaks are firm and reddish-pink to lightly pink in the center or internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.
Step 4
Thinly slice green onions.

Transfer steaks to serving dish and allow to rest for 7 minutes.

Place green beans in the steamer bag. Steam for 4 minutes. Transfer to serving dish, add 2 tbsp butter, 1
tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Toss to combine.
Step 5
Once cheese on the loaded cauliflower begins to brown, remove from oven and top with bacon, green onions and sour cream.

Dinner is served!
